We will pack all items ordered at the same time into one package and ship it to your country of residence.

If you have not received the items you ordered together with your order, the following may be the reason.

Please contact us from "Contact Us" if you have any questions about your order.

1. If you order Korean brand products and non-Korean brand products at the same time
2. If the product is out of stock and cannot be shipped
3. In case of packing leakage on the warehouse side

If you order a non-Korean branded product, the brand will ship directly to the country to which your order address is located, which is different from the shipment of the Korean branded product. The shipping cost of your order is also different, so please check your order history to confirm the shipping cost.

We do not sell any of the brands we carry on our site, and they are also sold domestically.

We will refund your money and contact you if the item is out of stock. If you do not receive a refund, please check back with us again.

However, there is a possibility that there is a packing leak at the time of packing at our warehouse in Korea.
