Can I receive my items separately?

We will have the items you order shipped from the brand site and pack them together into one package at our warehouse in Korea for shipping.

We cannot ship the items separately because we have to ship the items in one package at our warehouse in Korea.

Therefore, we cannot ship the items separately.

If you order pre-order items together with other items, we will wait until the pre-order items arrive at our warehouse and then prepare to ship them. If you order pre-order items and regular items at the same time, the regular items will be shipped together with the pre-order items.

Please note that some items may be shipped separately, such as items in a miracle bag or items of a non-Korean brand.
