~For products ordered from Korean brands:
The brand will ship the products to the Korean warehouse within 4 to 20 business days. After the products are shipped to the Korean warehouse center, they will be packed and shipped to you. The estimated arrival time after shipment depends on your country of residence. You can check the delivery status on the tracking page.
~For products ordered from non-Korean brands:
After the product is shipped, it will be directly dispatched by the brand within 4 to 20 business days. The estimated arrival time after shipment depends on your country of residence. You can check the delivery status on the tracking page.
All products will be shipped from overseas. Therefore, it usually takes 4 to 20 business days from the date of purchase to complete the shipment. Please note that this is not the number of days until the product arrives. The estimated time from shipment to arrival varies by country. You can check the delivery status using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email.
