If the delivery address entered by the customer at the time of order is incorrect or if the customer is absent for a long period of time, we will contact the customer to ask for the correct address again.
If you do not respond to the above, and the storage period at the warehouse of the sales office or delivery company in charge has expired, the goods will be sent to our warehouse in Japan for storage.
The products will be stored in our warehouse in Korea.
After 2 months of storage in our warehouse in Japan, your order may be disposed of. Please note that we may not be able to issue a refund if we do not hear from you or receive a reply when your order is disposed of.
In addition, if you are one of the customers who had to have your item re-delivered after some time has passed due to missing/incomplete address or long absence, we may not be able to refund your money.
Please note that we may not be able to respond to customers who have had their items re-delivered after a long period of absence due to an unknown/incomplete address.
We will not be able to refund or pay for the re-delivery of items that were not received at the customer's convenience.
