When you place an order with us, the brand, logistics warehouse, and shipping company will begin preparing to ship your order.
Once we have received your order, we will request the brand to ship the products to you.
The products will be shipped within 4 business days to 20 business days maximum, except for the following items.
Pre-order items:

- Brands that take longer than usual to ship Please check the product page for brands that take longer than usual to ship, such as made-to-order brands, before placing your order.
- Delays due to special reasons Our customer support will contact you in the event of a delay.
Once the brand has completed shipping, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days for your order to arrive at our warehouse in Korea and received at our warehouse in Korea, the order will be shipped to Japan within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped to your registered country, you will receive an email with a tracking number to your registered email address, so please check the status of your order from there.
If your order has not been shipped for more than 20 days, please contact us using the Contact Us Form and provide the following information.
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name/brand Name
- Date of order
