Are there any conditions for exchanges or returns?

We accept returns (refunds) and exchanges only in the following cases.

*We do not accept returns for customer reasons such as ordering the wrong item or the wrong size.

• If the product is defective, such as scratches or stains
• If you receive a different product from the one you ordered
• If only a portion of the ordered product was received
