Matters common to all defects
**About the dates we can accept your request**.
- We can only accept returns if we receive your inquiry within 7 days of receipt. In order to return an item, it must be in new and unused condition, and any defects that may have occurred can be verified by our company or the brand. Please note that the item may smell or become damaged after being worn for at least one time. Please note that any wear or use of the item, including trial wear, is considered as having been used and is therefore not eligible for return.
**About product tags and accessories**.
- As mentioned above, the product must be in new and unused condition and any defects that may have occurred must be verified by us and the brand. If the tag attached to the product is cut off or other accessories are soiled, damaged, lost, or destroyed, the product will be considered used and will not be eligible for return.
**About subjective aspects such as the smell and feel of the material**.
- Due to the characteristics of the product, the material itself may have a smell or the texture of the material may differ from your imagination, but this does not fall under the category of initial defects.
**About cases where the tag on the product differs from the brand name**.
- For select brands (mainly those in the [**60% Daily Area**] the tags on the products may differ from the brand name you ordered. These are pre-selected items sold by the brand, so there is no problem with the product.
**If the color differs from the image shown on the website**.
- The color may vary depending on the monitor you are viewing, but this does not correspond to an initial defect.
**If the size differs from the size chart on the website**.

- Please note that when the waist size is indicated as 20~40cm, it may be half of the circumference of the item when it is laid flat.
