In principle, we do not accept changes, additions, or cancellations of items after payment has been completed.
All 60% of our products are shipped from overseas, and we have a system in place that allows for immediate shipment from the brand side as soon as the order is placed.
Please note that we are unable to change, add, or cancel any items after the order is completed (after payment is confirmed), except for defective items, because it is difficult to return the items in the middle of shipping.
