This e-mail notifies you that your order has been received.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact our customer support.
Shipment Confirmation Email
This is an email sent when the items have been shipped from the brand to the Korea Distribution Center (60%).
No tracking number will be issued at this point.
Dispatch Confirmation Email
This email is sent when the items have been shipped from the 60% Korea Distribution Center to the customer's address.
The tracking number for the package will be included.
All items are shipped from overseas.
Therefore, it usually takes from 4 business days to a maximum of 20 business days from the date of purchase to the completion of shipment.
Please note that this is not the number of days it takes for the product to arrive.
The estimated arrival time to your location after shipment will vary depending on your country of residence.
Please check the delivery status from the tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
